To start this selection Marco has chosen a summery, zesty white. This bottle is bursting with tropical fruits and hints of elderflower. Of course, this is not a wine just to be sipped in the summer though.
- Gavi La Caplana 2018, Guido Natalino, Piedmont, Italy
This bottle hosts peach and citrus aromas. Leading to a palate of pear and apple notes with hints of almonds.
- Sauvignon Blanc Mount Hector 2018, Matahiwi Estate, Wairarapa, New Zealand
Refreshing with hints of lime, passionfruit, gooseberry and elderflower.
- Riesling 2016 Pewsey Vale, Eden Valley, Australia
Intense aromas reminiscent of fine dried herbs, white flowers, lemon and lime. Superb length and depth on the palate with grapefruit and lime flavours, fresh rosemary and a hint of tropical fruit.

This is a first-class winery producing unoaked, mineral-laden Chablis. Beautiful buttery richness well balanced with natural acidity.
- Chenin Avec Chêne 2017, Simonsig Estate, Stellenbosch, South Africa
A zesty and tropical wine, with great acidity that adds to the freshness. Therefore resulting in a long lingering aftertaste. A textbook Chenin Blanc aged in wood, providing a treat for the tastebuds.
