What Sets This Apart
Marco hosts every event personally. He’s not a hired sommelier – he’s the founder, with 15 years as a wine merchant and sommelier. He knows the stories behind each bottle and brings genuine passion to how he shares them. These aren’t lectures. They’re conversations that make wine come alive.
Every detail is customized. Your guest count, the wines, the pacing, the atmosphere – we work with you from the first conversation to create something that fits the occasion perfectly. Whether that’s an intimate tasting for 6 or a dinner with 14 guests, the experience is entirely yours.
How It Works
Seated tastings (our standard format) typically run 90 minutes to an evening, depending on what you’re looking for. We handle everything: wine selection, glassware, branded tasting notes, setup, and service.
Food pairings are optional. We can arrange cheese boards, or collaborate with select private chefs for a full dining experience.
Interactive elements are available if you’d like them – things like guided tasting challenges or a Mentimeter quiz (discrete, smartphone-based, nothing like a pub quiz). Most clients appreciate the option, though it’s entirely your call.
Pricing
Private tastings start from £1,500 +VAT. The scope is entirely bespoke. Whether you’re hosting an intimate curated tasting or a full evening with multiple wines and private chef collaboration, pricing reflects what you’re looking for. We’re transparent about costs, no surprises.
Travel is available across the UK mainland from London. Travel costs are added based on location.
